Our Class Types

Strength

Build muscle and increase your endurance with our strength training classes, designed to help you tone your body and boost your metabolism through a variety of weightlifting and resistance exercises.

Cardio

Get your heart pumping and burn calories in our high-energy cardio classes, featuring fun and effective routines that improve cardiovascular health and keep you moving.

HIIT

Alternating between intense bursts of exercise and short recovery periods, HIIT helps improve endurance. Perfect for women of all fitness levels, our HIIT classes offer a fun, challenging way to achieve your fitness goals and leave you feeling empowered

PILATES

Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness with Pilates — a low-impact workout that focuses on core stability, balance, and controlled movement. This class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your overall wellness. Perfect for all fitness levels.

PRE & POSTNATAL TRAINING

We are so excited to offer Pre & Postnatal Training with Bethany!
This specialized training will be available in small groups (2–4 participants) or as one-on-one personal training sessions.

Pre & postnatal training helps support a healthy pregnancy and recovery by improving strength, posture, and core stability while reducing common discomforts like back pain and fatigue. It also promotes safe movement, boosts energy and confidence, and helps prepare the body for labor and postpartum healing.

Self Defense Classes

We are now offering monthly basic self-defense classes and 1-1 training sessions. Some basic skills that will be taught include: situational awareness, proper stance, and various hold/grab release skills.

 Group classes will be held on Saturdays at 10:00 AM. Registration is required, as class size is limited to 10 participants. While each session covers the same core skills, repeat participation is always welcome.

 For those seeking personalized instruction, 1-1 sessions are available to be scheduled directly with the trainer. These individual sessions focus on refining core skills to increase your comfort level and can include additional techniques.

 Classes will be led by Melissa Perkinson, a former KY Department of Corrections Training Instructor. Melissa began her career as an instructor in 2010, serving at the KY State Reformatory and the Central Region Training Center before transferring to Henry Co Public Schools in 2016. Regarding the new class, Melissa said, "Although it's been a few years since I taught this class, I am excited to have the opportunity to increase the confidence of the women who take this class in their ability to defend themselves."

 Classes are FREE for members and just $10 per class for non-members!
